Very, very thorough (the actual home inspection had almost taken 3 hours to complete for a 1800 square foot home) and we also liked the recommendations in the actual report of the home inspection. Ian also caught potential issues that we would not have thought of and stated them in the report.
Also liked the fact that it had taken less than 1 day to receive the results of the home inspection via email. This efficient manner allowed us to base our final decision on the purchase of our new home quickly and able to negotiate some of the inefficiencies of the house in the final purchase price.
May have spent a little more (not much more) than other home inspection agencies but it was worth EVERY penny. It saved us big dollars in the long run.

As a new home owner I often didn’t know what to ask, so Denise came to the rescue and provided a lot of answers to questions I probably should have asked. Jeff was incredible, he answered all my questions and made me feel like part of the entire process. A true gentleman. The inspection process I am not completely sold on as it is basically a surface inspection. I would be happier with a more detailed inspection but realize there are limitations as Jeff explained.
